After you request an appointment, we may contact you to make changes or ask questions if necessary. Requesting an appointment does not guarantee that time slot until you get a message that it was approved.

If this is an initial visit, you appointment will be roughly 40 minutes long. If this is a follow up treatment, it will be roughly 60 minutes long. 

If you do not see the appointment you want, please call the office!  We will make every effort to accommodate your needs.
