WHAT TO EXPECT
On your first visit, you will have some paperwork to fill out. We will sit down together for an intake. I want to know about what brings you here, your goals, and your overall health. We will then schedule your first treatment. It is best to wear or bring comfortable clothes that you can rest in. If you forget this is no problem. The treatment rooms are private, and you can be draped as needed. Eat in moderation before your treatment.
After your treatment, you may carry on as usual for the rest of the day. Drink plenty of water. Make note of how you feel over the course of the day. I will be tailoring your next treatment to your individual needs and response.
